Not being able to hire the best because he could not afford them, Dodong developed a leadership approach that allowed him to bring out the full potential of his people. As a leader, he believes that his people’s character is as important, if not more important, than their skills. He believes his role as a leader is to help his people succeed because when they succeed, they will help him succeeds in return.
