In our past lessons, we learned that depression often happens because we fail to respond properly to the people and situations around us. Pero aminin natin — mahirap talaga mag-respond ng tama, lalo na kapag masakit o unfair ang sitwasyon.

In this new lesson, we’ll look at two kings—Saul and David—both chosen by God, but only one found favor and grace. Why did God reject Saul and love David, even if David’s sin was greater?

According to the Bible, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”
Humility opens the door to grace, favor, healing, and even deliverance from depression.
